The Clicgear 4.0 3 Wheel model push cart is a sturdy cart that collapses down to a very manageable size for storage.
There’s a lot to like about this cart but one very unfortunate drawback to trying to buy one right now. We’ll drop all the information here so you can make the best possible buying decision.
First Impressions
A nice upgrade from the 3.5. Clicgear listened to the feedback and made some welcome changes.

Wheels
The wheels are EVA with airless tires. You won’t have many issues with this combo.
Golf Cart Brake: Hand Brake
It has a solid feel to it. You never get the feeling that the weight of the bag will overcome the brake.

Frame Material
Aircraft grade, scratch-resistant, aluminum tubing. This is the stuff all push/pull golf carts should be made of. Will it scratch? Eventually, something will find a way to hurt it but it isn’t going to cower and collapse at the drop of a bag.
Straps
The upper saddle will adjust from a junior bag to a full size bag without much fuss. The lower saddle is designed so that the bag rides higher which gives more clearance between your bag and the wheel. The days of the bag acting like a brake while you’re trying to push it are over.

What the World Thinks
This version is the 2020 version making improvements on the 3.5 version of Clicgear. More storage and better straps are the bigger points on this version.
Our Opinion
Don’t get us wrong, this is a great cart. It’s stable and rugged. It checks all of the boxes for a three-wheel cart. However, the list price on Amazon US is $200 over the price listed at ClickgearUS.com. Really? There are other companies out there that didn’t try to take advantage of a terrible situation and this move has certainly put the company in a bad light. So what’s going on?
It seems the only place this cart is currently available is through third party sellers on Amazon and they are gouging like crazy.
Is it worth the catalog price? Absolutely. Unfortunately, it’s completely sold out on their website. If it’s worth the Amazon price is up to you, but we strongly suggest looking to your local pro shop before dropping the extra money or at this point, maybe look for a cheaper used version on eBay.
